49 CFR Part 380 Added for All Stakeholder Roles

Part 380 establishes special training requirements, including Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) requirements and minimum theory curricula. It provides important context for the knowledge entry-level CDL drivers are required to receive. The Resource Guide therefore makes Part 380 available across all stakeholder roles, including its relationship to driver knowledge relevant to the disqualification requirements in § 383.51.
